Special Info Required for October Intro Log.
Hi everyone!
We have something a little different planned for the upcoming introductory log, which requires some player input! In this month's log, characters will be receiving items from home - this can be any kind of item that is valuable to the character either for sentimental or monetary reasons. There is no specific size restriction, however it would be preferable for the item to be portable and able to be carried, just for plot purposes. The item you choose for your character should be something that could conceivably belong to them or which has been in their possession; it does not matter if the item has since been lost or destroyed, they can still receive it. If your character hasn't got a specific item from home that they would want, and their taste runs more to a specialty item they would want in the game, or if their sentimentality is more abstract than physical, please hit up the mod questions thread so we can work out some physical manifestation together!
There is one catch, though: These items will not show up to the character they belong to. Instead, they'll show up in the possession of another resident of Anchor - time to check around and see if someone else has the thing that was meant for you, and to hand over this useless item that would be way more meaningful to someone else!
To allow time for players to select their items, the introductory log will be delayed until October 4, 2019 with the deadline for item submissions being noon on that day. The list of randomized item pairings will go up shortly before the intro log. This will also allow for some of this month's new arrivals to participate as well.
