▶ About: I am in the PST time zone and tend to do tags either on my lunch break or in the evenings after my 9-5 M-F job in a doctor's office. I live in Canada with my girlfriend of 8 years and my basset hound Mr. Darcy! I'm mostly into The Umbrella Academy right now, but I'm also pretty consistently into Animorphs, Stargate: Atlantis, some comics stuff, DCTV, a few other things.
▶ Character Name: Klaus Hargreeves
▶ Character Canon/Canon Point: The Umbrella Academy (Netflix) - End of S1.
▶ Occupation/Housing Info: Haven't decided yet!
▶ About: I have a massive info and permissions/opt-out post for Klaus here but the short version is that Klaus is a 30-year old-junkie in the first stages of recovery, who was adopted (bought) by a sociopath who raised him and his six siblings to be a superhero team because he can see and evoke ghosts. Also he recently was kidnapped and tortured then immediately accidentally time traveled to Vietnam during the war and was there for 10 months and saw the man he loved get killed in front of his eyes before coming back to help his siblings fail at stopping the apocalypse. Needless to say, he has about a billion different types of PTSD and is a hot mess. Personality-wise, he's compassionate, forgiving, crass, unreliable, great at manipulating people, and spends a lot of time making a fool of himself.
▶ CRAU Info: He was in Hadriel for two months, during which he got clean (mostly, he still smokes pot) and trained with his powers a bit. He also made actual friends and maintained an apartment for the first time in his life, then helped fight a war against emotion-hating robots in a jungle before arriving in Anchor. Fun times.
▶ Seeking AUCR: His friend (with benefits) Julie Grigio from Warm Bodies is in Redshift with him, and he also made good friends with Drake Holloway from iZombie. He was also friends with Tinya Wazzo from DC Comics and an original character named Kyna. Taako and Lup Taaco from The Adventure Zone were also acquaintances who helped him with training and who he liked a lot.
▶ Character Arc: Continuing struggles with addiction, figuring out who he is now that he's not on drugs anymore (what kind of hobbies/talents/interests he might have aside from 'next fix') and what he might be able to do to help out in a situation like this. He's actually got some interest in learning to train his abilities and will continue doing that in Redshift. I would like to slowly work him up to being a somewhat useful member of society?????
▶ CR Dynamics: I desperately want found family, friends, bad influences, and people he can have one night stands or friends-with-benefits relationships with. He's a big slut and has no shame. I love and am open to shipping but he's still very much in love with Dave, his dead lover, so...anything beyond getting high and sleeping together is probably gonna be the slowest burn ever.
▶ Plot Ideas: He only has 2.5 joints left. He's going to probably be after the whole agriculture and plant nursery thing so he can try his hand at growing some weed very quickly. I also really want to do something with ghost stuff. And basically everything!!!
▶ Anything Else? Please fill out his opt-out on his info post if violence/war/PTSD/child abuse/drug use/etc. bothers you! He's a walking trigger warning and has a tendency to casually joke about terrible things in his life so...

▶ Characters Played: just this fella for now! may be apping steve rogers in the not-so-distant future.
▶ About: i'm a 24-hr shift worker at a youth care facility so my tagging is hella sporadic as i do not have breaks at work and i only have about six hours 'off' (which i. spend trying to sleep mostly) so there are definitely days where No Tags Will Occur, usually 4 days a week. Often these days are back-to-back so i can definitely go 3-4 days without doing any tags at all. on my days off i prefer to boomerang when possible. brackets over prose, logs over network.
▶ Character Name: Eugene Hicks. His middle name is Percival. He tends not to bring that up.
▶ Character Canon/Canon Point: he's an oc! he's 23 at this time. He's taken from 1947, having just finished up his degree in veterinarian medicine.
▶ Occupation/Housing Info: I have yet to figure that out. Give me some time!
▶ About: Info here! Gene is a WWII medic from Alabama who just so happens to see ghosts. He's very polite, amicable and intensely calm. He likes taking people under his wing. Age literally does not matter in this regard, he will 100 percent do it to your 50 year old if necessary. He also has a +1 in a way, his best friend who died in the war follows him around as a ghost. Reggie can be a good hook for CR because he sort of wanders around at will and reports back to Gene, so... you want to get your character caught doing something silly/dangerous/embarrassing, I can make that happen!
▶ Character Arc: Gene is just a couple years post-War, and he's struggling with the after-effects of combat. He doesn't really need help/support in a traditional sense (he's probably not going to Talk about Trauma for example) but just being around others will be helpful for him. Please teach him about the future, he's going to be delighted. Mostly getting him settled and to a point where he can look back on the war and think of the good things more than the bad would be nice.
▶ CR Dynamics: Lord, give me literally anything. Gene isn't really big on friends but he is definitely friendly. He has a soft spot for teenagers and will take them in at the drop of a hat. He's also really observant about people's mental states and is a good Sage Worldly Advice dispenser should someone need some perspective or a chat on something.
▶ Plot Ideas: Gene can see ghosts, so I am deffo gonna see if that can be used to discover anything interesting about Anchor's past! He has some skill with carpentry as well so if you need anything built then he's probably your guy for that! Also if anyone comes into the game with pets please let him do veterinarian stuff because he likes feeling useful.
▶ Anything Else? Not much else! There may be some injury CW at some point with him just due to the nature of his history but I can be vague on request so just give me a poke if that's a thing that may bother you.

In my free time I am very active in the Red Cross SAR Corps locally as well as a million other hobbies. I also play The Iron Bull in Fillory and have played in 6I and TLV. ▶ Character Arc: First of all letting him feel how it is to be back on a planet and also away from his beloved Roci and the crew he calls his family. Not knowing if they are alive.
▶ CR Dynamics: I would love any kind of CR. Alex is very much into the found family thing and I want to explore that with him. Also friends and maybe even some lovers/fwb. When it comes to negative CR I think it is a lot of fun provided it is something we can discuss ooc ahead of time.
▶ Plot Ideas: Exploring and maybe trying to get some of the tech to work. He isn't an engineer but he can do some work. Freaking out over how similar yet different from Mars this planet is.

▶ About: British, perpetually low-key anxious plant lady. The only reason I don't have two cats is because I rent, so I have about 50 plants instead. I don't really delve very much into 'fandom' but I'm into open-world RPGs, high fantasy, and feel-good animation. Will ship at the drop of a hat. Likes owls a lot.

▶ About: All the info about Julie can be found here! But in short she is a feisty twenty year old from a post-zombie-apocalypse world. If you've only seen the movie you don't even know the half of it.
▶ CRAU Info: Hadriel didn't change her too much, in all fairness. She got a lot more prone to jumping into romantic relationships.
▶ Seeking AUCR: One of her good friends (Klaus) is already in RedShift with her, but she was quite close to Agent Washington (Red vs Blue), Tyki Mikk (D.Gray-man), Delmar (Maladies) and Whistler (Sneakers). I don't expect much of her former close CR to show up, but I'd love her to be able to befriend other zombie-worlders.
▶ Character Arc: I really want her to be able to heal from the trauma she's suffered both at home and while she was in Hadriel, most of which she's repressing for the sake of keeping a good face on.
▶ CR Dynamics: Found-family is my JAM. I'm big into that with Julie, but I would also love love LOVE to get her into a healthy romance with someone who actually... sticks around.
▶ Plot Ideas: Julie can teach, she can shoot, she can scavenge, she can farm... she'll basically be turning her hand to everything until she finds a niche she can settle into.
▶ Anything Else? Julie CAN be a walking trigger warning. She has history of drug/alcohol abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, prostitution, etcetc. If you don't want to hear any of that, shoot me a PM and I'll keep it out of our tags!

▶ About: Ben is one of the seven kids adopted by an eccentric
heartlessbillionaire (who is secretly an alien) and raised to be part of a superhero team. Ben was always reluctant to use his powers (his stomach is a portal to a realm filled with tentacled eldritch horrors that reach through his body and murder pretty much anyone in reach) but eager to please and fit in. He died in unknown and traumatic circumstances when he was 16 and has been a ghost ever since, haunting his brother Klaus (whose powers allow him to converse with the dead). Being dead has made him pretty sarcastic and a little cynical, but he's got a good heart underneath it all and cares about people deeply.▶ CRAU Info:N/A

▶ Character Arc: Ben is going to be BACK ALIVE in Redshift which is a huge change. He has to get used to inhabiting a body again, to grapple with being in danger, and to deal with all the baggage from his first death. His arc as I see it is mostly going to be him adjusting to a second life, and learning to befriend people who aren't his family and sort of just be a person.
▶ CR Dynamics: Open to everything - most interested in friendships and/or found family, though ships are always a possibility. I'm not super looking for enemies / rivals / anything very conflict-based or competitive but things will shake out how they will.
▶ Plot Ideas: Getting him into tricky and perilous situations he gets out of with the help of new friends, developing relationships, character-revelation based stuff, emotional and dramatic connections between people, humorous bonding, rebuilding, growth, healing, learning, all that good good shit.

▶ About: 31, divorced, single mother of a 10yr old son. My plurk mostly consists of RP & some daily life babbles and fandom things, anything offensive is always clearly marked. My heart lives primarily in the world of TUA right now, but I'm also partial to DCtv, Teen Wolf, The Vampire Diaries, & other such fandoms.
I'm US/Central with a solid Mon/Tues "weekend" where a lot of tagging will get done with a Wed-Sun work-week where I'm a little more sporadic, but I try to keep up pretty well for the most part! I also will backtag into infinity whether that means 2wks or 2mo, as long as we still have momentum on a thread, but never any harm/foul if I've managed to make things stall out for being lame and you need to drop it. ▶ About: At his core, honestly, Diego is very much a product of his making and a solider first, person second. He's cagey, snipey, argumentative, and not easy to get to know. At the same time, he's also largely never aged much past a teenager sort of knee-jerk mentality in a lot of ways. This can open him up to being really petty/selfish in some ways, but also opens up a little wiggle room for some ridiculous antics, too. He's also always going to choose his family over you, even in the name of that incredibly arbitrary Greater Good #SorryNotSorry, people. Family first, always, goodbye. Also, he will never, ever, ever enjoy anyone intentionally or accidentally, making him feel second-best/second-rate/not good enough and you should definitely expect over-the-top bad reactions if that happens (and I am so sorry about how easy that can happen with him, without warning, in advance).
On the other side of things, though, Diego is fiercely loyal and protective of anyone that ends up within his inner circle, who he sees as "his people". For the majority of his life, that has rarely ever gone outside of the circle of his family, but if you manage to make it there, it's not the worst place to be. Despite all his desperate wishes to be a stoic stone wall, Diego is secretly really soft and emotional and his face betrays him that frequently.
▶ CRAU Info: Diego hadn't had enough significant time in his last game/world to change very significantly; he's mostly just doubling down on being mad about being jerked around the multiverse at this point.
▶ Seeking AUCR: The rest of the siblings would be good to have around */hinthint* and in MoM, he was on his way toward becoming BFFs with Rene Ramirez (from Arrow). Oooother than that, honestly any/everyone?!
▶ Character Arc: Diego will definitely not be looking to "settle" here, he was pissed about being in the last world he was from, and he won't be any happier about being in this one, either. He will do what he feels necessary to survive here, but making friends is not going to be an easy task and he'll be focused on wanting to go home, if he can find a way to do so. He'll probably dig deep into any meta/mod plots that go around, too. He will definitely be trying to get more of a handle on his new empathy power and will probably still be experiencing some complications from it as well. So, if you could go fill out the form on his permission page, that would be awesome! :D
▶ CR Dynamics: Diego won't be looking for anything, personally, and you can expect him to be highly insular with his family, but I want him to make friends (even unexpected ones!), and I'm here for negative/antagonistic CR because his personality will really mean it happens inevitably anyway. I will basically roll with any-and-everything in terms of CR, so hmu!
▶ Plot Ideas: Mmm... altercations with people that rub him the wrong way, maybe? Eventually, some good, trauma-bonding with someone unexpectedly (like in that they Suffered A Bad Plot Thing Together and so formed some weird bond because of it, no so much talking about past-traumas and bonding over it because he's nnnnot likely to talk about much with strangers!). Exploring this place and trying to figure out how things work, who/what brought them here, if/how they can leave, etc.
▶ Anything Else? There are blanket-standard warnings about an abusive childhood, violence, talks of drug use/abuse by way of his brother, death, and other such dark themes that may appear in his narrations in various places. Please let me know if I need to avoid any of those kinds of topics with you! <3

Re: empathy, given Annie's such a mess emotionally I'd love to play around with that because I can't see how it wouldn't turn up with them. I'll drop a permission form over on Diego's journal when I can brain it, but I'm absolutely here for this in all the messiness. We'll just have to make sure to be in contact because her paranoia might send him haywire??? IDK IDK let's brainstorm!

▶ About: I'm a 30-something chick who lives in Brooklyn with my soon-to-be-wife and our dog and three cats. My schedule's been crazy lately, so I don't have much of a presence on plurk or in group chats, uhhhh but when I AM around, I'm likely to chat about RP, cooking, fitness, or horror movies.
Also I work in construction, and right now I'm completely preoccupied with trying to get a union apprenticeship going in my trade of choice, but once that's FINALLY SQUARED AWAY AND I CAN ACTUALLY MAKE SOLID LIFE PLANS WITHOUT THIS CONSTANT LOOMING UNCERTAINTY, I should be around and tagging more frequently. Until then, I'm an extremely slow tagger (I used to be medium-to-fast, I swear!!), and 90% of my tags are done on the phone during my commute, so like... 6-7 AM EST. I pretty much can't tag at home, and I currently keep the hours of a senior citizen, so boomerangs aren't likely to happen. Generally, I prefer action/brackets, but while I'm phone tagging, I'll default to prose. Backtags are always great, and I'm always happy to handwave interactions!

▶ Character Arc: Jeff wants to find his way back home to his daughter ASAP, HOWEVER. In the meantime, he'd do whatever he can to help build this settlement back up into a community. He's not a leader, or a fighter, or a detective, or... okay, look, Jeff's kind of useless in a lot of ways, but he's a great teacher and provider of emotional/moral support!
▶ CR Dynamics: Found family is always my jam. I especially love it when he gets to be a surrogate parent or mentor to Youths. Also relentlessly annoying grumpy people with his sunny personality and friendliness. Unexpected friends! Sober buddies! Stoner buddies! And I always welcome negative cr, too. Really, it's an achievement to get Jeff to hate your character.
▶ Plot Ideas: Right now I'm just winging it until my life clears up enough to actually plan some plots!
Oh wait I just remembered that the only footwear he arrived with is a pair of flip flops, so my first plot idea for him is to get him some real shoes.
▶ Anything Else? Jeff's an addict in recovery, but he does still engage in semi-regular recreational drug use (marijuana), and it may come up in scenes. It's mostly to self-medicate anxiety issues, and he's a functional stoner. He also has a little bit of a Dark Past from his early 20s, which includes drug addiction, demon-induced psychological torture (hallucinations, fugue blackouts, intrusive thoughts), and a stay at an inpatient recovery program.
Drug use and Dark Past issues aren't likely to come up in most scenes with Jeff, and his character tends to be pretty lighthearted in general interactions. I always warn for it if he's high in a top-level, and I'll steer clear of references to it when interacting with somebody who'd prefer to avoid such content! I'll also always use warnings in the subject line if a tag starts to go into his past issues in any detail.
